Pupies for sale

A while ago, an ad was posted on the London site titled ‘pupies for sale’, advertising the sale of pedigree pupies, whose parents serve in the Polish Navy. In a dilemma as to how to edit the ad, I decided instead to email the seller and ask them to clarify. They haven’t, so I’m still none the wiser. The ad got me wondering – what exactly are pupies? Was the person trying to sell the student children of Polish sailors, or are they just one p short of a baby dog? With one option being an Eastern European child slave racket and the other being a canine navy, I’m not sure Adzooks or I should be involved...
