Charity Fundraiser in Tower Hill, London
The event
Going on from 7pm till 1am, we have an evening full of entertainment including Comedy Store regular, Kevin Sheppard, two live bands and a DJ playing some of the best music around. We will also be having a raffle and an auction with some fantastic prizes including a luxury stay in a hotel in Westminster, £100 gift voucher for a salon and much much more.
The cause
BetaArts, a newly formed community arts charity organisation are raising funds to go to Brazil to work in a local Orphanage supporting the work that is already being done. So many children in this area are not given the opportunities that we take for granted, without parents or any one to support them very few have any sort of education. BetaArts also works very closely with disenfranchised networks within the London area offering support and help to those who need it.
The date:
16th December, 7pm. 1st Band on at 8pm

Ghost Hunt
The Journal Tyne Theatre has been part of the Newcastle entertainment scene for well over 100 years and as a Grade I Listed building it has played host to an assortment of events such as classic operas to theatre shows, from comedy to pantomimes, concerts and now GHOST HUNTS.
When the stage curtain has came down and the performers have all gone home, what secrets does the old building hold late at night?
Tales of buried skeletons, long gone employees and the smell of cigar smoke and shadowy figures in and around the auditorium and stairs all add to the splendour and grandeur of the oldest working Victorian Theatre in the world.

Live on an ice breaker on the Thames
I'm looking for someone to rent a big room on an Icebreaker moored on the Thames.
Although there is a big open fire in the room it is currently not insulated and so is not suitable for the faint hearted or easily chilled but there are three others at the other end of the boat who have a great time even though it can get chilly. The boat is also being done up so the finishes are not complete. I.e. the space is 'full of character' but far from having all mod cons. Any new inhabitant should be interested in 'alternative living' since we generate out own power and collect our own water.
